Information we collect
Enquiries may include your name, email address, phone number, college or company, course interest, message, landing page, referral information and campaign parameters. Admission applications may also include date of birth, gender, guardian contact details, addresses, qualifications and professional background, as requested in the application form. Basic technical information may be recorded for security and spam prevention.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your request, provide course information, arrange demonstrations, process admission applications, maintain records, and protect the service from abuse.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, email delivery, analytics or enquiry management. Admission applications are sent to the institute admissions email accounts. We may disclose information when legally required.
Retention and security
Our enquiry retention period is up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless an active enrollment, legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Admission and statutory records may be retained for the period required for those purposes. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Consent and your choices
You can ask us to provide a summary of your personal data, correct it, delete it, or stop non-essential follow-up communication. You can withdraw consent by emailing info@mcadsolution.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out; we will explain any information that must be retained.
Children and minors
Our enquiry and admission services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. A parent or lawful guardian should contact us before personal information about a minor is submitted, so that any required verifiable consent can be arranged. Contact us if a minor has submitted information without guardian consent.
Privacy requests and grievances
Statutory rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules apply according to their notified commencement dates and applicable procedures. Please contact our grievance officer first. Where the relevant provisions are in force, unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India after the required grievance procedure.
